Nicknamed “the Mole” for his ability to assimilate and shape shift into any culture, Valoren makes a great leader because he knows exactly what people want and need to hear. He left the Cabal because he began to believe in the “self”, adopting a hedonistic lifestyle which is wholly alien to the austere Darlok. He is manipulative and his promises are shallow, but even leaders like that can serve a purpose at times.
