Removed resources

Resources were planned to be a strategic commodity that could be used to lower the cost of advanced technology and as a bargaining chip with other races. In order to tap a resource, a mine or a colony would have to be established to exploit them. The following resources were never fully implemented and are removed from the final version of the game.
