Deep sea cooling is a colony structure in Master of Orion.

The vast amount of water on Ocean planets are ideal for a large scale Deep Sea Cooling facility which is energy efficient and fully renewable. The facility is utilized by the planet's researchers to better manage their research, increasing the total Research points generated by the colony.
