Daza (The Student) is a Colony leader in Master of Orion.

Daza considers himself a student of the world, but the Psilon Quanta considered him a bit of a mad scientist. He was driven from the Quanta when it was discovered that he used government funding to conduct horrific experiments on his own people, leaving a trail of bodies and unethical weapons development in his wake. His practices are not ethical, but his results in energizing the workforce are astounding.
