Changes: Asteroid belt

Asteroid Belts can have an Asteroid mine built on it if you have a colony in the system, an Asteroid laboratory on it anywhere or converted to a Barren planet of large or huge size (naturally occurring asteroid belts will be one of these sizes - if you use the Stellar converter to destroy a planet then convert the belt into a barren planet, it will be the size of the original planet)

All of these options are completed with a Space factory
